Approx. $696 (Studios) to $2000 (Two Bedrooms)

Rental Deposit
Non Refundable Fee: $250
Refundable Deposit: $200 - $300

Lease Terms
6 to 12 months lease terms are available
At minimum a 6 months lease term is required

Rental Qualifications
Monthly income must be 2 to 2 1/2 times the monthly rent
Approved applicant screening for all occupants 18 years or older

Parking Space
$75 per month ($100 refundable garage door opener deposit)
